The walking sticks are entirely made from recuperated wood. It comes from logging sites scraps and industrial waste such as wooden crates and pallets.
When a company imports merchandises from Europe, Asia or South America, the wood used to make the cases and pallets is taken locally. It’s the reason why exotic woods that are not found in Canada can be seen in some parts of the sticks.
There is no dye used, only a clear varnish. The color comes from the natural beauty of the wood.
